- Add sealed KinesisException hierarchy (Storage, Network, LimitExceeded) with typed mapping from RecordCacheException subtypes - Add KinesisClientConfigurationProvider SAM interface for custom KinesisClient configuration via KinesisDataStreamsOptions - Move KinesisClient creation from KinesisRecordSender to KinesisDataStreams, exposing it as a public property for direct access - Add concurrent flush guard using AtomicBoolean in RecordClient, returning early with flushInProgress=true when a flush is already running - Add enable/disable toggle for record collection; disabled state silently drops incoming records while preserving already-cached data - Update record() return type from Result<RecordData> to Result<Unit>
